Thank you for supporting Lach and Lou! I appreciate your business and I make it my priority to ship my products as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that I am the only person staffing Lach and Lou, and I appreciate your patience as I return emails and inquires as soon as possible. Please allow up to 72 hours for response time (although it would be rare that my response time would be this long!).
Small products such as necklaces, earrings, and charms are packaged in a cotton filled box before sealed in a bubble mailer to ensure safe arrival. Prints and original paintings are packaged with a cardboard backing (if necessary) and a clear cellophane bag. They are then shipped in a non-bend envelope. Lach and Lou provides USPS First Class Mail as well as Priority Mail. Please contact me if you would like insurance for an additional charge.
PAYMENT
Lach and Lou accepts Paypal.
You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal:
You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the “Pay Now” button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.
I will not send packages until payments have cleared.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
You are welcome to return or exchange your order. Please contact me within 14 days of delivery and ship returned items back to me within 30 days of delivery.
